Why Modular

Why is off-site, stick-built home construction better than building on-site?

With a 120,000 sq. ft. climate controlled facility, a dedicated work force and thoroughly engineered designs, work is never delayed by weather, subcontractor no-shows or missing material. Quality engineering and modular construction significantly increase the energy efficiency of your house and the quality control process provides assurance that your home has been inspected for code compliance and workmanship prior to ever leaving the plant. Consumers can expect to have their homes delivered 2 to 3 months after their order is placed, as compared to conventional site-built homes which range from 6 months to 1 year.

Check out this informative video on why modular construction may be the smartest way to go for your new home.

Building Systems Defined

A precisely engineered method of producing building components in an efficient and cost-effective way. Modular-(Off-Site Stick Built) homes are one example of a building system. They actually begin as components designed, engineered and assembled in the controlled environment of a modern manufacturing plant. It is when these components are assembled by the builder on the site that the modular components become a home.
The Difference Between Modular (Off-Site Stick Built) and Manufactured Homes:

Manufactured homes, sometimes referred to as mobile homes, HUD Code homes or trailers, are another type of building system and are constructed to a different building standard. This standard, unlike conventional building codes, requires manufactured homes to be constructed on a non-removable steel chassis. Many residential neighborhoods have restrictions on where manufactured homes can be placed. Modular and site built homes are constructed to the same building codes as required by the state governments and therefore are NOT restricted by building or zoning regulations.

Only the Best Construction

Only the highest quality products are used in building our homes. Upgrade options include granite/quartz countertops, hardwood and laminate flooring, ceramic tiles, jetted tubs, 42 inch cabinets, fireplaces, recessed lighting, various roof truss elevations, and more. Plus, all our homes are backed by a 10 year factory structural warranty.
