• Respondents believe that modular construction will grow by more than 5% per year for the next three years.

• More construction companies are considering in-house modular construction processes (17% in 2013 compared to 5% in 2010).

• 40% of all respondents have prefabricated or modular construction as a part of their companies’ strategic initiatives.

The survey makes it obvious that industry participants believe that prefabrication and modular construction services will play important roles within construction projects in the future.
